In these sections I would like to talk about my path to EU software.
This means de-Microsoft, de-Google, de-US-Big-Tech myself.
It won't be easy, but it is something we should do to bring sovereignity back to EU.
My goals and pledges
- Use EU made software, if its open-source even better. If EU-made cannot be used prioritize open-source.
- Data should reside in EU.
- Keep security in mind. (No shady EU solutions just for the sake of having an EU solution).
- Be rational about it. (For example we all have families who won't be changing their messanger apps because of you).
- Try to use green energy solutions.
